Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using OiApp and any services provided by Oi Core Group Pvt Ltd ("Oi Core," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Overview

OiApp is a multi-service digital platform that provides:

• OiCar - Professional car-hailing services
• OiFood - Food ordering and delivery platform
• OiFerry - Inter-island ferry and speedboat ticketing
• OiPay - Integrated digital payment system

User Obligations

As a user of OiApp, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the services in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Respect the rights of other users and service providers

Payment Terms

All payments are processed through OiPay or approved external payment gateways. You agree to pay all applicable fees for services rendered. Refunds are subject to our refund policy and the specific terms of each service.

Partner Terms

For drivers, merchants, and operators partnering with OiApp:

• Membership tiers and commissions are as specified in your partnership agreement
• Settlements are processed according to our settlement policies
• You must comply with all applicable regulations and licensing requirements
• Insurance coverage (where applicable) is provided as per your membership tier

Limitation of Liability

Oi Core provides services on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of OiApp shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Maldives.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of material changes. Your continued use of OiApp after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
